What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular quality inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure they meet internal and regulatory standards
• Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and protocols across all stages of the production process
• Identifying and investigating any quality issues, then recommending and implementing corrective actions
• Documenting all quality control activities and maintaining detailed records
• Collaborating with production, operations, and R&D teams to continuously improve product quality and efficiency
• Staying up-to-date with the latest food safety regulations and best practices in the industry

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a quality assurance or food safety role within the food manufacturing industry
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control practices, and laboratory testing procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
• Proficient in using quality control software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
