Food Quality Controller

Our client is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate / DAE Food Technologist to join thier team as a Quality Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring raw material reception, in-process pasteurization quality, finished product testing, and laboratory analysis for egg liquid manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Testing:

• Perform daily physicochemical tests on raw eggs, pasteurized liquid eggs, yolk, and egg whites.

Process & Plant Quality Monitoring:

• Monitor pasteurization parameters to ensure product safety and compliance.
• Perform quality checks on incoming raw eggs
• Ensure proper storage temperatures for raw eggs

Hygiene & Sanitation:

• Inspect daily plant hygiene, and personal hygiene of factory workers.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate daily lab reports, quality logs, batch records, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
• Assist in implementing Punjab Food Authority (PFA) food safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• BS / B.Sc. (Hons) in Food Science & Technology OR DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Food Technology / Food Processing.
• Experience:
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Up to 1 year of experience in food testing lab will be a strong plus.

Competencies

• Familiarity with Food Safety Standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, PFA / PSQCA regulations).
• Good knowledge of laboratory hygiene and equipment handling
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel & Word) for recording test results and generating report sheets.
• Good communication, observation, and decision-making skills.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
