Food Retail Operations Supervisor

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding of new franchise branches, from construction and store setup through opening and operational turnover.
• Coordinate with franchisees, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure construction, permits, equipment, utilities, signage, and opening requirements are completed on schedule and according to company standards.
• Lead franchisee and store staff onboarding, including orientation, operational training, and opening support.
• Serve as a key operational contact for both franchise and company-owned stores, providing guidance and support on day-to-day operations.
• Monitor overall store performance, including sales, customer service, customer experience, operational efficiency, and achievement of targets and incentive programs.
• Conduct regular branch visits and audits across franchise and company-owned stores to ensure compliance with operational, food safety, sanitation, product quality, and brand standards.
• Drive timely resolution of audit findings, operational gaps, and customer concerns in coordination with store teams, franchisees, and Head Office.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities across the store network and recommend improvements to strengthen overall company operations, consistency, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years experience in retail expansion, construction coordination, branch openings, franchise operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Able to handle multiple branch projects and operational concerns at the same time.
• Good communication and coordination skills with franchisees, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular site and branch visits when needed.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, email, messaging apps).
• Reliable, proactive, and able to solve problems quickly on site.
