Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area throughout service.
• Handle manual tasks such as folding napkins, polishing silverware, and polishing and putting away glassware.
• Assist serving staff and bartenders on clearing plates away in between courses.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service efforts and enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including bussing or food running roles.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and sustained physical activity.
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently during high-volume service times.
