Bigotes Street Tacos is looking for a fast, organized, and dependable Expo / Food Runner to join our team. This position is extremely important to our restaurant’s success because you are the final quality check before food reaches the guest.

We are looking for someone who works with urgency, pays close attention to detail, communicates well with the kitchen and front of house team, and helps create a great guest experience through accuracy, speed, and positive energy.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and prepare orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery accurately
• Ensure every plate is correct, complete, and presented properly before leaving the kitchen
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy rushes
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front of house team members
• Run food to guests when needed and provide friendly customer interaction
• Double-check modifications, sauces, sides, and special requests
• Help maintain fast ticket times and smooth kitchen flow
• Keep expo stations clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
• Assist teammates wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Help create a positive and energetic environment for both guests and staff

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Friendly attitude and good customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Must be able to stay organized and multitask efficiently
• Restaurant experience preferred but not requirered
