• Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
• Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and providing additional support during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and organizing service stations.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating or garnishing dishes under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special requests or dietary needs.
• Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes properly and following sanitation procedures at all times.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy when required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating excellent guest service skills and professionalism at all times.

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations to ensure guest health and well-being.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk quickly between tables, and lift moderate loads comfortably.
• Familiarity with restaurant technology such as POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service enhances your candidacy but is not mandatory.
• Hospitality background including hotel or culinary experience is advantageous for understanding guest expectations.
