Duties

• Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently while maintaining food quality and presentation standards
• Assist with clearing tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safe lifting practices during transport
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as plating or garnishing dishes
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate timely service and address special requests
• Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or update table statuses when required
• Maintain cleanliness by assisting with general cleaning duties including wiping down surfaces and sanitizing service stations

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly with team members and interact positively with guests
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely during food transport or cleaning duties
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management and transaction processing
• Excellent in-person customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols

Pay: $23.86 - $28.74 per hour
