Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner with experience in fine dining to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for guest services, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Assist servers and kitchen staff with required necessities.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate order timing and special requests.
• Utilize Toast POS or similar systems for order tracking and communication.
• Ensure food safety standards are upheld during service, including proper handling and storage of food items.
• Provide excellent guest services by responding to inquiries and assisting with any needs that arise during the dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining is required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, servers, and kitchen staff.
• Bilingual, must speak English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
