Responsibilities

• Efficiently deliver prepared food from the kitchen to tables or designated areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained.
• Assist with clearing tables, bussing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and guest comfort.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of food trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting practices.
• Support food safety protocols by properly handling food items during transportation and serving.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders and special requests.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including setting up stations or restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
• Experience with bussing, cleaning, and general restaurant operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $22.73 - $27.37 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
