Duties

• Safely transport food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Assist with food preparation tasks and food handling to support kitchen operations
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish dining, bussing dishes and resetting for new guests
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines
• Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large trays or boxes of supplies, adhering to safe lifting practices
• Support servers by delivering beverages, utensils, or additional orders as needed during service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely food delivery and guest needs

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy and transaction processing
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests in person
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe lifting practices
• Experience in bussing, cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness standards in a busy restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences

Pay: $16.90 per hour
