ABOUT THE ROLE

The Food Runner will bring the Amara experience to life by supporting thoughtful dining experiences by ensuring every dish is delivered with precision, accuracy, and exceptional presentation. Working closely with the Culinary team, Food & Beverage Management, Bartenders, Servers, and Hosts, you will coordinate the timely delivery of food while maintaining the quality, appearance, and service standards that define Amara Golf & Social Club. Through teamwork, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality, you will help create seamless dining experiences where every course is delivered with care and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One (1) or more years of experience in food service, hospitality, private clubs, restaurants, hotels, or another guest-focused environment preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, exceptional hospitality, and delivering consistently high-quality service.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain order accuracy, presentation standards, and proper timing in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other Club departments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, professionalism, and a positive attitude during busy service periods.
• Food Handler Certification, or the ability to obtain certification in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
