Responsibilities

• Deliver hot and cold food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Assist servers by bussing tables and clearing dishes to ensure a clean and welcoming dining space
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating or garnishing dishes under the guidance of culinary staff
• Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with order accuracy and guest transactions when required
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service
• Maintain a positive attitude, provide excellent customer service, and anticipate guest needs to enhance their overall experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality can be advantageous
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand, walk, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
• Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
