About us

ORA Hospitality is launching its flagship resort in Mykonos, Greece, scheduled for May 2027, and is currently building the team who will bring this project to life. The resort will mark the debut of a new ultra-luxury hospitality brand, currently under development. Located in the bay of Kalo Livadi, the property will feature 88 rooms and suites, alongside 5 private villas, specialty restaurants, wellness center, among other facilities.

ORA Hospitality is the luxury arm of ORA Developers, building a global portfolio of exceptional hotels and resorts designed to inspire how guests feel long after they leave. The collection includes the award-winning Silversands Grenada and Silversands Beach House in the Caribbean, with a growing pipeline of new destinations under development worldwide.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests accurately, promptly and with refined presentation.

• Verify table numbers, order details and dietary instructions before each delivery.

• Describe dishes clearly and confidently when presenting them to guests.

• Coordinate closely with chefs and service colleagues to maintain the correct service sequence.

• Support table maintenance and assist the service team as needed.

• Ensure food quality and presentation are preserved during transport.

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene procedures.

What You Need to Bring:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or luxury hotel environment is preferred.

• Basic understanding of food terminology, menu components and dietary requirements.

• Good command of English and clear communication skills.

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently during demanding service periods.

• Strong attention to detail, teamwork and professional presentation.

• Enthusiasm for learning and delivering exceptional guest service.
