What You’ll Do

Genuine Authenticity

• Deliver food with real warmth and genuine conversation — not scripts

• Build natural, human connections with guests as you move through the dining room
• Own mistakes quickly and fix them with kindness
• Show up as yourself and help create a warm, welcoming environment

Deliciously Bold

• Present dishes that look vibrant, flavorful, and Instagram‑ready

• Bring upbeat, positive energy to the dining room
• Celebrate guest moments and team wins with enthusiasm
• Help maintain the fun, lively vibe that makes Biscuit Belly unforgettable

Relentless Hospitality

• Anticipate needs before guests ask — refills, clearing plates, resetting tables
  (“Spotting needs across the room and jumping in”)
• Run food quickly and accurately, ensuring every dish arrives at peak quality
• Support teammates without being asked, especially during rushes
• Handle guest concerns with calmness, grace, and generosity

Core Responsibilities

• Run food from the expo line to tables with accuracy and speed
• Ensure dishes meet Biscuit Belly’s quality and presentation standards
• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain dining room flow
• Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and guest‑ready at all times
• Assist with drink refills, pre‑bussing, and guest needs
• Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service smooth
• Support expo, servers, and cashiers during peak periods
