Food Runner/Busser

The positions available must be responsible for providing first-class customer service for our guests according to Esther's Kitchen service standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with the Health Department standards. Must be able to communicate fluently in English with guests and co-workers. Requires the ability to work within a team environment.

Esthers Kitchen is hiring for a busser and food runner position!

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact and provide superior guest service.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Ability to learn the menu and explain items and drinks to customers
• Clean assigned section and side stations, including tables, chairs, and side stations.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of restaurant.
• Perform assigned side work.
• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• At least 2-years experience in a restaurant/lounge environment
• Must have, or be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card before hire
• Positive attitude and team player
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
• Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms
• Ability to working days, nights, weekends and holidays
