Food Runners [Kitchen Support]

Drunken Jack’s Restaurant is now hiring Food Runners, which we have titled the position as Kitchen Support. As Kitchen Support, you are responsible for assisting with front and back of-the-house operations throughout the entire restaurant. This includes assisting servers and bartenders by running food and helping with guests’ needs. You will also aid with TO-GO orders. As well as prepping and maintaining our salad station. Other Primary Job Tasks:

• Responsible for cleanliness of work area and sweeping of walk-in coolers.
• Must Demonstrate proper tray service.
• Verify that food leaves kitchen with the correct sauces and sides.
• Clear finished plates from tables as needed.
• Identify all tables and seats by name and server sections.
• Ability to help in other areas of the restaurant or tasks communicated by your team members.

Availability:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• 8-hour shift
• Weekdays/Weekends
• Holidays

Minimum Experience:

• Entry-level

Compensation:

• $9.00 per/hour plus tips

Job Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Available to work any shift: day & night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Must be able to traverse stairs at a fast pace while carrying a tray.
• Ability to bend, kneel and reach overhead repeatedly during a shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40-50lbs.
• Available to start ASAP.
