-      Helping Cook in preparing the trays for meals namely breakfast, tea-break, dinner etc for patients according to the diet menu.

-      Serving the meals to the patients at the wards according to the menu and diet sets by the cook.

-      Collecting the empty trays, cutlery, plates and cups after each meals period is over.

-      Perform cleaning and washing for all the kitchen utensils, cutlery items, plates, cup and etc.

-      Ensuring all the kitchen utensils, cutlery items, plates, cup and etc are kept properly, clean and hygiene.

-      Helping Cook to prepare meals such as washing and cleaning, slicing the vegetables and etc.

-      To assist cook in organizing, labelling and storing all wet and dry stocks according to food safety standards.
