Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, including non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and resolving concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting in food handling when necessary.
• Support the team with food preparation tasks when needed, demonstrating versatility within the restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant settings, with a strong background in fine dining preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with effective time management to handle multiple tables seamlessly.
• Culinary experience or food industry knowledge is highly desirable to better assist guests with menu selections.
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bussing is a plus; basic math skills are essential for accurate billing.
