Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a positive first impression of the restaurant.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
• Clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, providing correct change and receipts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
