Job Summary

Bagaicha is seeking a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented Food Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage items when needed.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and organized.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond politely to requests or complaints.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare tables before service and clear them after guests finish dining.
• Handle bills and payments accurately, when required.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a fine dining restaurant is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure during busy hours.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and restaurant service.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
