Food Server

Our Serving Staff is responsible for all food & beverage service for our members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The Server sets up, maintains and cleans up the dining room, all the while ensuring exceptional guest service and creating an inviting dining atmosphere. Good candidates will be able to deliver consistent service exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Complete opening and closing side work
• Use proper wine, beverage and food service techniques for members and guests
• Provides immediate attention to all members and guests
• Interact with members and guests, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Enter F&B orders on POS
• Become familiar with members by name
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

· A team player with prior serving experience

· Previous Club experience is a plus!
