- Be the Connector: Relay messages between servers, bussers, and the kitchen to keep service smooth .
- Keep the House Clean: Tidy host and dining areas, ensuring every corner is spotless and welcoming .
- Handle the Money: Process payments, balance cash, and keep the POS accurate .
- Be the Safety Net: Verify ID for alcohol service and ensure guests leave safe and happy .
