Food Service Manager

Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic full-time Food Service Managers to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily corporate cafeteria operations, guide a dedicated staff, and ensure our customers enjoy consistent quality and hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations — Oversee food production, service flow, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop staff — Train, schedule, and engage a team of production cooks.
• Ensure food safety excellence — Maintain standards across all stations.
• Partner with culinary leadership — Support menu planning, recipe execution, and special events.
• Manage inventory and ordering — Track usage, control waste, and maintain cost‑effective purchasing.
• Deliver outstanding guest service — Create a warm, efficient, and consistent dining experience for employees and visitors.
• Drive continuous improvement — Identify opportunities to elevate quality, efficiency, and team culture.

What You Bring

• Experience leading teams in food service or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, production flow, and service standards.
• Positive, hands-on and solutions-focused leadership style.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
