Job Summary

Superior Dining Group LLC is seeking a dependable Food Service Supervisor to support daily food-service operations, lead service staff, and maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous food-service or hospitality experience and strong team-leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food-service operations and assigned staff.
• Train, coach, and support food-service employees.
• Monitor customer service and respond to guest concerns.
• Coordinate staff assignments and shift coverage.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and food-service equipment.
• Assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Communicate operational needs to management.

Requirements

• Previous food-service, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
