Duties

• Prepare food items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards to ensure high-quality dishes.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in person, providing friendly and attentive customer service.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and dining areas in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Assist with food handling tasks such as portioning, plating, and packaging for pick up or delivery orders.
• Follow food safety management practices to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Support manual handling activities like weight handling during food prep or equipment setup, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in food preparation as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing in-person customer service that enhances guest experience.
• Have good communication with other staff member.
