Food Technologist

We are looking for a Quality Controller / Food Technologist to join our food production team in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food quality control, food safety, production hygiene, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards throughout production.
• Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety requirements.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards within the production facility.
• Maintain quality control records, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Check product specifications, labels, packaging, and storage conditions.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Assist with food safety inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to maintain consistent product quality.
• Support product testing and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, food technology, quality control, or food safety.
• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and quality control procedures.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Candidates with their own UAE visa are preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate/work in Al Jurf, Ajman.
