Internship Duration:

End Date: 22nd September, 2026

Working Shifts:

• 6.00 AM – 3.30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Stipend & Benefits:

• Stipend: Rs.300/- per day for Undergraduate & Rs.400/day for Masters graduate
• Food & Accommodation Provided
• Internship Certificate provided upon performance during internship

Key Responsibilities: Hands On Floor Expererience

• Assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
• Support production team in maintaining food safety protocols.
• Observe and assist in food processing and preparation operations.
• Help in documentation related to quality control and production.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and production staff for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Related Field.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts and learn in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Good observation and communication skills.
