Food Technologist ( QA Executive)

🍵 Chaileela is hiring in NCR

We're expanding our NCR presence and looking for a QA & Compliance Executive to help protect the food safety, taste consistency, and FSSAI compliance that Chaileela is built on.

What you'll do:

• Implement and enforce SOPs for food prep, taste consistency, portion control, and presentation

• Conduct regular branch visits, identify gaps, and drive corrective action

• Deliver hands-on staff training and build a quality-first mindset across kitchen teams

• Manage FSSAI licensing, renewals, and statutory logs (temperature charts, pest control)

• Inspect incoming raw materials; monitor shelf life, cold chain, and water quality standards

• Maintain disciplined audit reporting and track quality KPIs across outlets

Who we're looking for:

• Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Hotel/Catering Management

• 2-3 years of experience in food safety, QA, or kitchen auditing (QSR, restaurant chains, or cloud kitchens)

• Strong working knowledge of FSSAI regulations; FoSTaC certification is a plus

• Comfortable with regular travel between NCR outlets

• Confident written audit documentation
