Food Tech/Quality Assurance

Fieldco is a progressive Farming and Horticultural Operation based in the Dargaville region. We grow a number of crops, but our core focus is Kumara which we grow, pack and deliver to various markets throughout the country. We are looking for a suitable person with relevant experience and qualifications in food technology to assist with product and process development and our food safety programs, HACCP & NZGAP  The successful applicant will primarily be involved with the peeled and frozen division but may also assist with growing and packhouse Quality Assurance and Work Safety.  Join our dynamic team and help us keep building.

In this position you will mainly be involved with the day to day operations in our vegetable processing factory with a focus on product quality and Food Safety compliance management. The role will include some product development.

4. Food industry experience, especially with food safety plans.
