Forecasting, Planning, and Logistics Analyst

Corbus, LLC is currently seeking a Forecasting, Planning and Logistics Analyst. This position supports the military customer needs, helps with forecasting and inventory of parts, improves readiness and drives savings. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate daily/weekly critical part shortage reviews with GE Depot Teams, and Material Planners.
• Generate and distribute critical material reports
• Provide support as required for database updates
• Coordinate and expedite as required material delivery for Just-in-Time Material flow to support assigned production areas.
• Establish and maintain critical parts list for assigned Material Planner(s).
• Identify and resolve critical part needs to the Fulfillment team.
• Assist sources in establishing delivery recovery plans as appropriate.
• Obtain source delivery commitments and ensure delivery commitments are maintained.
• Provide requested material schedule changes to planners via submitted expedite and or reschedule requests (workflows) and assist with database and report updates.
• Ensure material delivery schedules are synchronized to achieve program objectives.
• Coordinate with COI Material Planners the administration and execution of customer orders.
• Work with the applicable GE shipping to assure timely receipt and shipment to the customer.
• Institutionalize Material Resource Planning (MRP) functions as part of the above activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications (extensive Excel database manipulation experience)
• Must have excellent analytical skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site 2-3 days per week in Evendale, OH (just north of Cincinnati).
