JOB SPECIFICS:

Paralegal / Legal Assistant with prior legal experience in Florida foreclosure.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience working at a law firm or handling legal-based issues.
• Prior experience in real estate, creditor's rights and litigation.
• Ability to think and act independently.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere (LPS), Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is preferred, but not required.
