About the Role

Reporting directly to the Money Transfer Group Head, the ForEx Division Head oversees our B2B and Retail ForEx Managers. You will lead end-to-end FX business strategy, P&L management, trading operations, partner network growth, and regulatory compliance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ForEx business strategy; own FX revenue, transaction volume, gross margin, and profitability targets.
• Oversee overall ForEx buying and selling desk operations, formulate trading strategies, and manage currency positions and market risk exposures.
• Expand the company's partner network by leading high-level negotiations, onboarding local/international correspondent entities, and managing financial institution relationships.
• Maintain full alignment with treasury operations, compliance units, and back-office support for smooth transaction settlements.
• Direct and mentor the B2B and Retail ForEx teams, establishing divisional budgets, operational targets, and performance metrics.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of work experience in Forex trading, treasury operations, or financial markets.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Solid working knowledge of BSP regulations governing retail foreign exchange/money changing (MFCA, MORNBFI) and AMLA/KYC compliance standards.
• Fluent in English and Filipino with clear professional communication skills.

Good-to-Have

• Postgraduate studies (MBA, Master's) or relevant professional financial/treasury certifications.
• Substantive background in customer service management within financial services.
