Foreign Exchange Trader(J19793)

工作职责：

-在授权范围内负责外汇即期及衍生品的报价、做市与交易执行，管理头寸流动性及风险敞口； -Quote, market-make, execute FX spot and derivatives within authorized limits; manage position liquidity and risk exposures; -研究外汇市场交易机会，开发与评估交易策略，结合市场数据和实盘结果持续优化策略表现；

-Identify FX trading opportunities; develop and evaluate trading strategies, refining performance with market data and live trading outcome; -协助拓展业务范围：新增交易币种、完善产品体系，参与结构化产品的设计与上线； -Support business expansion: onboard new currency pairs, enhance the product suite, and contribute to the design and launch of structured products;

-跟踪全球宏观经济、央行政策及金融市场走势，撰写市场评论、日报、月报及专题报告； -Track global macro developments, central bank policy and financial market trends; produce market commentary, daily and monthly reports, and thematic research; -维护并拓展交易对手方网络，就报价、流动性及执行需求保持沟通，保障日常交易顺畅开展；

-Maintain and expand the counterparty network; communicate on pricing, liquidity and execution needs to support smooth daily trading operations; -参与交易系统、定价引擎及风控模块的规划、开发与测试，推动业务流程优化； -Contribute to the planning, development and testing of trading, pricing and risk management systems; drive process improvements across trading workflows;

-统计并分析交易与业务数据，编制内部管理报告及对外报送材料，完成交易相关的日常运营工作。 Compile and analyze trading and business data; prepare internal management reports and external submissions; handle related day-to-day operations.

任职资格：

• 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，过往工作中无重大失误及违法违规记录，具备良好的职业道德和专业素质；
• Upright, humble, diligent and high moral values, with a clean compliance record and strong professional ethics.
• 硕士及以上学历，经济、金融、数学、金融工程、计算机或统计等相关专业；持有CFA、FRM证书者优先
• Master's degree or above in economics, finance, mathematics, financial engineering, computer science, statistics or a related field; CFA or FRM holders preferred
• 1–5年金融机构工作经验，具备外汇交易相关经验或实际交易业绩证明者优先
• 1–5 years of experience at financial institutions; FX trading experience or a verifiable trading track record preferred
• 熟悉外汇即期、远期、掉期、期权及结构性产品，具备扎实的产品理解和方案设计能力；
• Solid grasp of FX spot, forwards, swaps, options and structured products, with strong product knowledge and structuring capabilities;
• 具备良好的市场分析和独立研判能力，数字敏感，能在快节奏和高压力环境下做出审慎决策；
• Strong analytical and independent judgment skills; numerically sharp and able to make sound decisions under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions;
• 具备较强的风险管理意识，熟悉头寸管理及对冲工具的运用
• A strong risk management mindset, with familiarity in position management and hedging tools
• 熟练使用Bloomberg、路透等交易终端及行情系统，熟悉Office办公软件；Quant背景者优先
• Proficient in Bloomberg, Reuters and other trading terminals and market data systems, as well as Microsoft Office; candidates with a quantitative background preferred
• 具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，以及跨部门协调能力；
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English, with strong cross-functional coordination skills;
• 具备较强的合规意识、责任心和团队协作精神。
