What they need
工作職責：
- 監督施工質量和進度，負責與大判協調及處理突發情況
- 監督及安排員工施工進度、人手調配及物料使用情況
- 與總承判商協調以進行施工，匯報施工記錄給同事，向公司寫字樓同事訂物料等
- 向上司報告工作進度，聽從上司指示
- 協助及執行安全及環保守則
- 確保工地環境整潔有序，執行環保及廢物管理措施
- 需可獨立管理地盤
- 解決工地常見問題，作出即時決定以確保工程順利進行
- 督導及培訓新進工人，確保他們了解工地安全規則及工作程序
需要條件:
- 具備建築工程項目至少三年經驗(經驗不足者將考慮為助理科文)
- 需持有平安卡， 急救證書，安全督導員 及 T1 (精通建築施工工序及相關安全法規)
- 持有1,2駕駛執照
- 卓越的溝通能力及工地管理技巧
- 能閱讀建築圖則及技術文件
