Foreman – Auto Maintenance Workshop

A Foreman – Auto Maintenance Workshop is responsible for supervising workshop technicians and ensuring vehicles are inspected, repaired, and maintained properly.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily work to mechanics and technicians.
• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical and electrical problems.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and on time.
• Check the quality of completed work before vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with service advisors, customers, and insurance/inspection teams.
• Monitor workshop tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials.
• Ensure technicians follow safety procedures and workshop standards.
• Prepare and review repair estimates and job requirements.
• Train and guide junior technicians.
• Maintain workshop productivity and cleanliness.
• Handle difficult technical problems and provide troubleshooting support.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Arabic speaking is a must

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
