About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise daily site activities at the Barakah Project. The candidate should have a strong background in civil construction and building works, including experience with steel structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workers.
• Allocate work to labourers and monitor productivity.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer and Construction Manager.
• Monitor material usage, tools and equipment at the site.
• Ensure compliance with site safety rules and quality standards.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the management.
• Coordinate with other teams to complete work on schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Strong experience in civil construction and building works.
• Experience with steel structures is preferred.
• Ability to manage workers and supervise site activities.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
• Willingness to work at the Barakah Project in Abu Dhabi.
• Ability to work night shifts, if required.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
