About the Role

NCF is looking for an experienced Foreman - Basements to provide leadership and management across commercial and complex basement work (incl: piling, excavation and basement construction projects).

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in quality outcomes, and brings a strong background in commercial & complex basements, excavations and piling.

Key Responsibilities

·        Coordinate and manage the onsite basement works including piling, excavation and other aspects.

·        Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all trades and labourers work effectively and safely.

·        Coordinate deliveries, plant hire, and subcontractor access to maintain workflow.

·        Ensure all work is completed to specification, plans and building codes.

·        Ensure all works are undertaken in accordance with all HSEQ policies and procedures.

·        Accountability for tracking and ensuring progress against schedule.

·        Ensure sufficient resources including labour and equipment ae available to deliver the project schedule.

·        Maintain appropriate site documentation and reporting.

About You

·        Experience minimum 10 years as a Foreman in Basement construction including piling and earthworks.

·        Strong knowledge of foundations, basements, piling or ground engineering

·        Willingness to work across Melbourne Vic

·        Ability to interpret plans, specifications and levels.

·        Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

·        Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.

·        White Card, valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

·        HR licence and relevant plant tickets are highly regarded.
