About the role
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise carpentry work and lead a team on construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to carpenters
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements
- Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades
- Manage tools, materials, and worksite organization
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies
About you
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman or Lead Carpenter
- Strong knowledge of carpentry and construction methods
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read construction plans
- Ability to manage a team and meet project deadlines
