Foreman Civil

Job Summary:
The Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily civil construction activities on-site. The role ensures that work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead construction workers, skilled laborers, and subcontractors on-site.
• Coordinate daily work activities according to project schedules and priorities.
• Ensure that construction works comply with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering Technology or a related construction field is an advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
