Foreman (Civil or Building)

• Supervise daily site operations, sub-contractors, and frontline workers to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate site activities, ensure materials and equipment are available, and keep the project schedule on track.
• Assist engineers in preparing site records, progress reports, and inspection documents.
• Enforce site safety regulations and environmental protection measures
• 負責監督日常地盤運作、分包商及前線工人，確保施工質量及安全標準。
• 統籌地盤工作進度、物料及機械調配，確保工程如期進行。
• 協助處理地盤記錄、進度報告。
• 嚴格執行地盤安全條例及環保措施。

Requirements:

• Must be a registered T1 (TCP T1) holder (Technically Competent Person T1).
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction or civil engineering projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead workers and coordinate with different parties.
• Cantonese is a must; basic English is required.
• 必須持有認可的 T1 (TCP T1) 資格證明。
• 具備最少 2 至 5 年建築或土木工程地盤工作經驗。
• 具良好溝通及領導能力，能有效管理前線工人和協調各方。
• 懂粤語（必需），略懂英語。
