About the role

Longmotive Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited, we are a leading main contractor specializing in Data Centre projects, with a full scope of works including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and builder’s works. We are now looking for a responsible and hands-on Foreman to join our team.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for MEP and builder’s works.
2. Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
3. Lead and direct subcontractors and site workers to complete works safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards.
4. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other parties on site matters.
5. Check site conditions, report issues, and follow up on rectification works
6. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.
7. Assist in material delivery, work planning, and site documentation as required.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in construction / MEP / builder’s works, preferably in data centre or similar projects.
2. Experience in supervising site workers and subcontractors.
3. Ability to read basic construction drawings is preferred.
4. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Holder of relevant safety training or certificates is an advantage.
