Foreman

Responsibilities 職責 :

-          協助項目經理就專案進行整體規劃及執行。Assist the project manager on the overall planning and execution of the project.

-          協助規劃及執行地盤資源配置，包括地盤佈置、物料運輸動線及臨時設施安排。Assist to plan and execute site layout, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure optimal site operations.

-          監督及統籌各分判商施工進度，與業主代表、顧問公司及建築師進行現場協調。Supervise and manage subcontractors, coordinate with Consultants and Client Representatives to resolve site issues.

-          有效調配公司直屬員工、材料、機械及工具，確保各項目資源得到充分利用。Manage and optimize the deployment of direct labor, machinery, material, tools and equipment across multiple work fronts

-          監控工程進度及檢查各施工是正確地進行，預判並解決施工技術問題，確保工程按時、按質量完成。Monitor the project progress and verify that all construction activities are being carried out correctly, identify potential technical bottlenecks, ensure delivery meets quality and schedule requirements.

-          記錄地盤日誌及相關工程文件，並協助物料申領或採購。Maintain accurate site diaries and documentation; assist in material requisition or procurement.

-          嚴格執行工地安全管理系統及環保條例，推動工地零意外文化。Enforce site safety and environmental regulations, ensuring all precautionary measures are strictly followed.

-          需要時出席會議 Attend meeting when required

Requirements 要求 :

-          中學程度或以上，具相關學歷  Diploma / Certificate or equivalent

-          持有適任技術人員(TCP) T1 或以上 Holder of TCP T1 or above

-          具備 3年或以上地盤工作經驗，當中至少1年以上有關土木/結構/建築等施工管理經驗  At least 5 years’  site experiences with 5 years or more holding management position in civil / structural / builder construction works

-          熟悉地盤運作及建築工序流程，理解圖紙及要求 Familiar with various trades of works and sequences on site. Able to understand various construction drawings, specifications and work instruction

-          擁有領導能力，與人溝通能力及細心 Possess strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skill, and detail-oriented

-          擁有管理能力及能獨立解決問題 Possess excellent management skill and able to solve problems independently

-          持有駕駛執照更佳 Holding driver’s license is preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Foreman
