Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman to lead construction teams on diverse projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from start to finish. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate daily operations, manage crews, interpret technical drawings, and oversee project schedules. Your expertise in construction management software and safety regulations will drive project success while maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment. Duties

• Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to guide team activities and ensure accuracy
• Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling tools to meet deadlines
• Oversee quality control processes, including blueprint reading and construction drawing review, to ensure standards are met
• Manage site safety in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations; conduct regular safety audits
• Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, procurement, and contract management using ProCore, Prolog, or Construction management software
• Monitor daily progress, resolve on-site issues promptly, and communicate effectively with management and clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction sites with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent supervisory skills
• Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; experience supervising safety programs
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints; experience reviewing construction drawings for accuracy
• Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration including Contracts and Prolog systems
• Hands-on experience with construction site safety management tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing when needed
• Excellent communication skills for managing crews effectively and coordinating with stakeholders

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
