WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead & guide Technician
- Diagnose & solve technical issues
- Monitor repair jobs & workshop flow
- Check quality before car delivery
- Handle difficult technical cases
- Train & develop your team
- Make sure SOP & safety standards are followed
WHO WE WANT
- 3–5 tahun pengalaman dalam automotive
- Senior Technician / Foreman experience = BIG PLUS
- Strong technical & diagnostic skills
- Confident lead a team
- Problem solver
- Hands-on & tak takut turun padang
