- Plan and assign daily work activities to ensure project completion on schedule.
- Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of prefabricated materials and components.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and conduct daily safety briefings.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to avoid delays and wastage.
- Prepare daily accomplishment reports and document site activities.
- Inspect completed work and address any issues or defects.
- Train and guide workers on proper installation techniques and company procedures.
- Ensure good housekeeping and proper maintenance of tools and equipment at the job site.
