Southern Contracting Services is hiring an experienced Foreman to lead asphalt paving, seal coating, and concrete crews on commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead construction crews
• Coordinate daily job site operations
• Ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Operate and oversee paving and construction equipment
• Communicate project progress with management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of asphalt, concrete, or construction experience
• Foreman or crew leader experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required (CDL a plus)
• Willing to travel and stay overnight
• Strong leadership and communication skills
