Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman to lead and manage our Maintenance crews on landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations on-site, ensure safety compliance and ensure standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage maintenance crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to work order specifications
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
• Review work order specifications for accuracy and clarity before work begins
• Oversee quality control measures, delegate tasks to the team and ensure efficiency
• Lead the crews' time and ensure work is completed on time and up to company standards

Experience

• Knowledge and prior Maintenance experience as a foreman
• Strong communication skills to effectively share important information to the supervisors.
• Be physically fit and have the stamina to work outdoors
• Ability to safely drive the crews to daily routes
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment
• Ability to lead the crew to ensure job gets done
• Proficient with tools and equipment to be able to train crew
• Knowledge of safety procedures

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
