Foreman

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Project Engineer, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Monitor materials, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure proper quality of work and compliance with safety procedures.
• Check site measurements and assist with daily progress reporting.
• Identify site issues and report them to the Site/Project Engineer.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safely maintained.
• Support the team in completing project activities on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
• Strong practical site knowledge and hands-on construction experience.
• Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site measurements.
• Ability to supervise and manage workers effectively.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
