Foreman

The Retail Construction Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations for the construction, build-out, and renovation of retail store locations. This role ensures that all physical build-outs—including carpentry, fixtures, mechanical/electrical installations, and finish work—are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to brand specifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing subcontractors, reading trade drawings, and maintaining strict quality standards in fast-paced retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Project Execution

• Manage construction timelines to ensure store openings occur on schedule.
• Monitor material deliveries, tool inventory, and equipment to prevent site delays.
• Identify potential field conflicts early and work directly with the Project Manager and architects to resolve them.

Site Management & Supervision

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate daily tasks for on-site construction crews and specialized trade subcontractors (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, flooring).
• Enforce safety protocols, local building codes, and company standards to maintain a clean, secure job site.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to inspect work quality and verify progress against project blueprints and shop drawings.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for property managers, mall operations, local building inspectors, and vendors.
• Deliver daily/weekly progress reports, site logs, and photo updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with retail merchandising teams during final turnover phases for fixture setup and store handover.

Key Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor, with a direct focus on commercial retail build-outs or tenant improvements (TI).
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) plans, and retail fixture layouts.
• Deep working knowledge of trade practices, building codes, OSHA/safety regulations, and local inspection processes.
• Proven ability to manage diverse trade teams and solve on-site challenges under tight

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
