What they need
A foreman is a front-line supervisor who leads and coordinates on-site work crews, ensures adherence to safety standards, and bridges the gap between field workers and project management.
- Directs daily activities of field workers, assigns tasks based on blueprints or shop drawings, and tracks work progress.
- Inspects the work site for potential hazards and ensures the team complies with safety regulations and wears proper protective gear.
- Monitors workmanship to make sure it meets project specifications and handles immediate troubleshooting or fault rectification on-site.
- Tracks daily attendance, approves employee time, logs material usage, and reports project updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
